GLA have been appointed for the remodelling of the former Regents College, Ickburgh Road, Hackney – a 1960s brick building with timber and plywood roof beams – and a second building originally by Foster Associates. Both have been significantly altered over the years and are in need of repair.

They will house a new post-16 cohort of The Garden SEN School – also by GLA – and the refurbished school  (provisionally known as The Garden School 2) will build on the educational foundation at The Garden and prepare students for independent life.
