Modular Housing

This is a simple house type which is based around modular construction and a frame which allows flexibility and choice of materials.

The Living Room is large and the arrangement allows an open plan arrangement if desired – making the living spaces feel even more open and generous.

The modular concept would allow off-site fabrication of bathrooms, stair and kitchen – and even facade elements. The frame these sit within could be concrete, masonry or Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), with the latter extending the idea of off-site work further.
